Nashville, TN (October 3, 2019) The 2019 National Quartet Convention highlighted some of the most talented artists in Southern Gospel Music including many from Butler Music Group, as well as Family Music Group. Among the main stage performances of the week were, FMG recording artists the Williamsons and Heart 2 Heart, and BMG Management artists, the Ferguson Family. A huge honor and a testimony to the quality of the artists that we are blessed to work with! Les Butler was exited to play piano on the main stage for for Jeff and Sheri Easter and Heart 2 Heart.
The morning showcases gave fans even more opportunities to hear some of the best gospel groups in America. Les Butler emceed several of these showcases and kept the crowd entertained between artist performances. BMG artists that performed on the showcases were the Barber Family, Cheri Taylor, GloryWay and Sacred Harmony. Several of our radio promotion artists also performed including the Adams Family, Faithful Crossings, Fields of Grace, the Goulds and the Millers. The showcases were a huge success this year; many times filling to capacity with standing room only!
An exciting time for Les Butler and Butler Music Group was the party held for the three Singing News #1 songs that he had promoted this year! Butler states, "I was especially honored to produce the Williamsons #1 single, Every Moment, Every Mountain, Every Mile." In addition, Les Butler, the Williamsons and Heart 2 Heart were featured in round table interviews with the Singing News Radio Network.
Thursday morning, the SGMG Industry Forum was held at the Black Fox Lodge across from the LeConte Center and several BMG artists were in attendance along with many other top artists and media in Southern Gospel music.
On Friday morning, BMG radio promotion artists, Faithful Crossings sang for the Southern Gospel Promoters Association breakfast and brought the crowd to their feet with their a-cappella version of God Bless America.
The week was filled with much more than just great music. The BMG booth was filled with artists, DJ’s and media from across the country, meeting, conducting interviews, and getting to know each other. All of the BMG and FMG artists also had a chance to sit down for interviews with the Gospel Greats, Singing News Radio, The Life FM, New Life Radio Network and/or many other DJs!
Once again, the National Quartet Convention provided many great memories for the fans to take home. Butler Music Group was thrilled to see their Artists be a part of many of those memories. With new albums and special events on the horizon, it’s clear that these will not be the last memories for Butler Music Group artists at the National Quartet Convention.
